The Journal of Advanced Management and Business Studies (JAMBS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to advancing theoretical, empirical, and practical knowledge in the fields of management and business. The journal serves as a premier platform for academics, researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners to address contemporary challenges in the global business environment. Our scope encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including strategic management, human resources, marketing, digital business, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern organizational operations.

To ensure the highest academic rigor, all submitted manuscripts undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process evaluated by independent experts in the respective fields. Academic integrity is a core value of JAMBS; therefore, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism, requiring all submissions to be screened using detection software prior to review. Furthermore, to maintain publishing consistency and global standards, authors are strictly required to format their citations and references according to the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition guidelines, utilizing reference management software such as Mendeley or Zotero.

JAMBS is committed to the immediate dissemination of research by providing unrestricted open access to its content under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Published biannually in June and December, the journal aims to support a greater global exchange of knowledge by making high-quality business and management research freely available to the public and the broader academic community.
